This three-building office campus sits on Mabry Hood Rd, right off of Dutchtown from Pellissippi Parkway. The Owner, Rodefer Moss & Company, wanted a classic but different-than-the-average-office-building character. We used deep overhangs and rich materials to achieve this prairie style inspired look. This project was a joint venture between Design Innovations and The Lewis Group Architects when Robyn worked at The Lewis Group Architects. She, with LGA, did the design work for the prototype and for the main building, then the remainder of the work was split between the two firms.

EnerNex Corporation is a tenant in The Offices at Water's Edge development. Robyn did the design and Project management for their tenant upfit while she was at The Lewis Group. Currently, an expansion of their company designed by Redbird Architecture is under construction in the first floor of the building for their new state-of-the-art energy showcase lab.

This historic 2200 square-foot, two-story Adam style home is getting a 1200 square-foot, two-story addition, a new back porch, new front entrance, and new two-car garage. The addition includes a new kitchen and informal dining area downstairs, and master suite upstairs.

This work was for owners who truly made the house their own by doing most of the work themselves. Robyn worked with them in designing the addition and making modifications to the existing home to give it a cohesive Craftsman Style character.

This 5-story hotel with indoor pool, outdoor pool, restaurant, meeting rooms, and fitness center is at Coastal Grand Mall in the heart of Myrtle Beach. Robyn performed the project management and construction administration, and conformance with hurricane codes and local beach zoning authorities for this hotel while working at Ross/Fowler.
